Independent Quality Assurance
Quality assurance carried out independently of the party performing the work, checking it against the contract documents alongside the contractor's own QC program, with the traceability and closeout a financed or mission-critical build requires.

Inspection Readiness and Evidence

Special and Deputy Inspection
Continuous and periodic inspection per the Statement of Special Inspections, by ICC-certified inspectors carrying the deputy card for the jurisdiction.
Structural Observation and Threshold
Phased site visits with the Structural Engineer of Record, a deficiency log carried to resolution, and the final observation letter for closeout.
MEP Inspection and QA
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing inspection and quality support, carried by senior people who have run these systems.
Non-Destructive Testing
Ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing on welds and structural connections, performed in house by our own technicians.
Source and Shop Inspection
Fabricated steel traceability, heat numbers, weld and bolt QA at the shop before it ships, and again when it lands in the field.
Materials Testing
Field sampling of concrete, masonry and soils, with laboratory breaks through our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited partner of twenty years.

We review the Statement of Special Inspections, structural drawings, and specs before the first pour. No surprises in the field.
Pre-Construction Meeting
We align with the GC, SEOR, and AHJ on inspection scope, hold points, phasing, and reporting expectations before work begins.
Field Inspections
On site per the approved program, continuous or periodic. Same-day digital field reports. The same person every visit.
Closeout Package
Final summary report, all field logs, NCR resolution and observation letters, compiled and ready for AHJ submittal.
